Welcome to Lytham YMCA, opened in 2004 and situated in picturesque grounds on the Fylde Coast area. We pride ourselves in your health and well-being by offering you and your family state of the art facilities that will not only keep you active but entertained at the same time too!

Our fitness suite is always supervised by a qualified fitness instructor. They are on hand to provide you with support, help and encouragement to ensure you meet your goals. As part of the induction process you will be shown how to use the equipment safely and that it is tailored to your needs. You can also receive a personalised programme with regular review dates to keep you entertained and add more variety to your workouts. Our suite consists of high quality CV equipment, resistance kit and free weights areas. Machines also feature plasma televisions for your comfort and entertainment. Watch out for our various challenges to keep you on your toes.

We also pride ourselves on our 200 person capacity bar and function area. This offers the chance to provide entertainment for the whole family or just relax in our bar for a drink after a strenuous workout. We cater for birthday parties, work parties, gatherings and weddings.

The Lawrence House Sports Hall and Astroturf pitches provide you with the chance to equip yourselves with many vigorous sports such as football, basketball, volleyball, badminton and gymnastics for the juniors.

We offer many activities for juniors and our YKids age range from football and other multi-sports, to tae-kwon-do and school holiday playschemes whereby you can go to work safe in the knowledge that your children are supervised by our dedicated OFSTED registered childcare team. Our after school club runs five days a week for 4-11 year olds from local schools and continues to be a success. Our activities within our playscheme and after school clubs range from arts and crafts to football, dance and drama. With plenty of outdoor space our activities make sure your children have a fun and varied programme and more importantly really enjoy their experience with us at Lytham YMCA.

The conference facilities accommodate your business and social needs with a seated capacity of 70. Why not link in your meetings with our exceptional catering facilities where various menus are offered to suit your needs, or even drop in for a spot of lunch, served Monday to Friday between 10am and 2pm.

Our dance studio offers many classes and activities for adults and juniors alike from yoga and karate, to studio cycling and body conditioning. Our studio is fully air conditioned and is fully equipped with a sprung floor. The dance studio also plays host to our extending Junior Performing Arts School with activities ranging from ballet to pop dance. Children have the chance to progress in these disciplines to achieve grade status and all children have the chance to participate in the Performing Arts shows.

The extensive grounds here at Lytham YMCA offer three football pitches which are utilised to their full effects by our affiliation teams along with local youth and adult teams.
