A boxing room has been created offering customers the opportunity to exercise using professional boxing equipment including speedballs, a medicine ball, an angle bag and punch bags.
The room is open daily for casual use and is £2.50 for members and £3.00 for non-members per half-hour slot. However, members who come along before 23rd June 2007 will benefit from a discounted rate of £2.00!
Boxing Circuit classes will also be on offer, commencing July 2007 - Tuesdays 8.30pm-9.15pm will be ladies only and Thursdays 8.30pm-9.15pm will be a mixed class. Places are limited to 8 per class so booking is strongly recommended – these classes are FREE for Prestige Executive and Lifestyle Classes Bolt-on members. Other members will pay £3.10 and non-members £3.70.
