Southport YMCA

Southport YMCA … a busy, friendly, multi-activity centre where everyone is welcome. We offer a wide range of services from cradle to grave at both our centres and in the surrounding Southport community. The main Hoghton Street site is supplemented by a Gymnastics Centre of Excellence at Segars Lane, Ainsdale offering a wide range of gymnastics classes from recreational pre-school classes, to adult - from beginner to excellence in competition. Facilities include a 3 badminton court sports hall, available for hire for 5-a-side, badminton, two squash courts that may be hired by both members and non-members, an indoor climbing wall and studio for meetings, table tennis and birthday parties. A multi-station fitness studio caters for all abilities from 13 years and is open from 8am-10pm weekdays and 9am-7pm weekends. Our programme offers a wide range of activities from Chair Based Exercise and Chi Kung to Inline Speed Skating.
